Operating Principle
• Pressure setting –Adjust the pressure regulator to supply compressed air at 0.4–0.6 kg/cm².
• Automatic suction cycle –Turn on the suction switch.The hopper sensor monitors the material level:when it detects a low‑level condition, it initiates the suction process; when the hopper reaches the full level, suction stops automatically.
• Overfill protection –A preset filling time limit is applied.If the suction process exceeds this time,the system automatically halts to prevent overfilling.
• Manual filling mode –The system also supports manual filling operation when needed.
• Customizable hopper lid –The mounting dimensions of the hopper lid can be tailored to customer requirements upon request.
